  the attempted insurrection / coup by domestic terrorists in the USA and consequences,  
  Kashmir's continuing experience of repression ,  
  the decade long disaster in Syria .
  
  
  
• genocides including of Uyghurs and Tibetans in Chinese controlled/occupied territory , continued repression in Uganda , Tigray , CAR , Northern Ireland , Nigeria , violence in DRC & Niger ,  
  
  
• the Union of Soviet Socialist Russia is using military conscription as a way of suppressing dissent, a student has eloquently outlined the long terms needs for support of communities after disasters, calls for respect of media  freedom in Uganda, deaths and injury after a people smuggling boat capsized off the USA's coast, concerns over a planned coal mine extension's possible threat the environment, desperate situations for refugees who are not allowed to work, the CMO who asked for jail sentences for citizens trying to return to Australia from India has admitted people "could" die, Germany has taken down a child abuse website, calls for the rich in the USA to pay their fair share, an admission that Qld police have a major problem with DV, the Philippines are continuing their very belated stand off with the Chinese, restraints on journalism in Pakistan, #WorldPressFreedomDay, horse-racing event highlights plight of missing Dubai princess, assault on democracy in Poland, a comment on apartheid and persecution - the forgotten crimes against humanity, Chad,
  
  pandemic (nobody is safe until everyone is safe) in India & China (social media protest storm against CCP tweet trivialising situation in India) & Sudan (hospitals at limit) ,   the EU & USA & UK & Australia & other rich governments should stop prolonging the global pandemic,
  
  vaccine development - including for variants - security and rollout including in ,  
  
  boat collision that killed dozens in Bangladesh, famine risk in Madagascar, China is helping Indonesia with the submarine recovery mission, Ebola in Guinea/West Africa, malaria lab in Ghana, bushfire risk and bushfires ,  
  
  
• Artemis, Baba Yaga, Pachamama and Cernunnos,
  help us connect to the wild places
  - show us all the beauty of all the life there,
  human, animal, plant or mineral,
  help all who touch these places,
  to truly know and care for them,
  for their own innate worth. 
  
  Brigid, Maeve and Aset,
  inspire and help all those who care for the bush or fight bushfires,
  let them fulfil their duties with passion and inspiration;
  and inspire and heal those tempted to do harm
  to such responsibility and caring
  that they can NOT commit such sacrilege,
  but may Ma’at bring swiftly to justice all who do make such sacrilege.
  
  Nu Kua, bringer of order to chaos,
  bring your ordered way to the wild places;
  let the rains fall and the winds blow when and where they are needed;
  Durga, protector against demons,
  set boundaries on any fires which may occur,
  and protect the wild places from the demon “bushfire”;
  Cerridwen, transform all harm and damage done into growth: death into rebirth.
  
  Gyhldeptis,
  we call on you to help synthesise all these threads,
  love, responsibility, inspiration, justice;
  ordered rain and wind, protective boundaries, transformation;
  help these many ways become one great whole,
  for the good of all the wild places, and all the wild life.
  throughout this coming bushfire season and beyond.
  
  Artemis, Baba Yaga, Pachamama, Cernunnos,
  Let us love the wild places;
  Brigid, Maeve, Aset and Ma’at,
  Heal and inspire responsibility and justice;
  Nu Kua, Durga and Cerridwen,
  Tame and bound the demon bushfire;
