  the violent repression in Tigray and of Tigrayans ,
  the attempted insurrection / coup by domestic terrorists in the USA and consequences,  
  Kashmir's continuing experience of repression ,  
  the decade long disaster in Syria .
  
  
  
• genocides including of Uyghurs and Tibetans in Chinese controlled/occupied territory , continued repression in Uganda , Tigray , CAR , Nigeria , AfghanTalibanistan - where VEs have murdered mine clearers, violence in Syria & South Sudan & Burkina Faso (thousands have fled a recent major VE attack) ,  
  
  
• questions about whether or use of invasive surveillance laws was appropriate or not, concerns over privacy with a new digital ID card - the lack of which is denying millions of Ugandans access to services, regional anger at a second filling of Ethiopia's controversial Nile Dam, concerns over slow implementation of parts of Sudan's transition to democracy agreement, calls to investigate egregious violence by Colombia police, concern over missing Turkish-Kyrgyz educator, Afghan interpreters are at risk of attacks from VEs, a discriminatory law hampers religious freedom in Indonesia, new Ecuador law could silence sexual violence survivors, aid workers killed in South Sudan, misogynistic abuse of prisoners in Burma, Grand Tsar Putin is continuing his quest to quash democracy in the Union of Soviet Socialist Russia,
  
  pandemic (nobody is safe until everyone is safe) in India & Australia (morons breaking lockdown and thus putting three states at risk) ,  
  
  vaccine development - including for variants - security and rollout including in Africa  (shortage of vaccines) ,  
  
  a building collapse in South Korea, Ebola in Guinea/West Africa, bushfire risk and bushfires ,  
  
  
• Artemis, Baba Yaga, Pachamama and Cernunnos,
  help us connect to the wild places
  - show us all the beauty of all the life there,
  human, animal, plant or mineral,
  help all who touch these places,
  to truly know and care for them,
  for their own innate worth. 
  
  Brigid, Maeve and Aset,
  inspire and help all those who care for the bush or fight bushfires,
  let them fulfil their duties with passion and inspiration;
  and inspire and heal those tempted to do harm
  to such responsibility and caring
  that they can NOT commit such sacrilege,
  but may Ma’at bring swiftly to justice all who do make such sacrilege.
  
  Nu Kua, bringer of order to chaos,
  bring your ordered way to the wild places;
  let the rains fall and the winds blow when and where they are needed;
  Durga, protector against demons,
  set boundaries on any fires which may occur,
  and protect the wild places from the demon “bushfire”;
  Cerridwen, transform all harm and damage done into growth: death into rebirth.
  
  Gyhldeptis,
  we call on you to help synthesise all these threads,
  love, responsibility, inspiration, justice;
  ordered rain and wind, protective boundaries, transformation;
  help these many ways become one great whole,
  for the good of all the wild places, and all the wild life.
  throughout this coming bushfire season and beyond.

  Heal and inspire responsibility and justice;
