• Amber be well, or whatever is causing her to be unwell be found and remedied; 
• S and S's travels today be safe, and may they be able to comfort F and J; 
• M's son be well, safe, BPM responsible and not too embarrassed to be in contact; 
• the world be more flexible around life options and expectations;
• I have and feel that I have plenty of energy and coping capacity in reserve; 
• clear nonBPM units from and send BPM energy to South America, the South Atlantic Ocean, Antarctica, the Indian Ocean and the Indian sub-continent;
• the ceasefire in Syria lead to a true, lasting and BPM peace – and swiftly, and may that peace spread;
