  (Australia)   bushfires including in Vic, risks and evacuations,   heatwave including in NSW,   possible flash floods in Qld,      (Ana'esia (Africa))   a multi-year drought in Somalia has killed 71,000 people,   DRC (public health crisis),      (elsewhere)   a crowd  crush in India,   a mass fatality aircraft collision in the USA - which occurred after ignoring warnings and near misses for months,   and the climate crisis and environmental problems (record use of renewable energy in the last quarter of 2024, with coal less than half for the first time,   Uruguay is betraying its credibility by searching for offshore oil,   clean energy plans for Ana'esia (Africa),   Italy has been ordered to clean up pollution caused by the mafia [and known about] for decades);
  
  
• effective BPM proactive preparation for, BPM urgent recognition of, commitment to, and BPM fully realised meeting of HUMANITARIAN AID NEEDS in, and/or in relation to/for:
